SELLING PRICE AND SALES POLICY of FURAMA RESORT & SPA

The price list of L'Alyana Senses World Phu Quoc, Furama Resort & Spa subdivision, is continuously updated by our sales department so that customers can clearly understand the price list and promotional programs at each specific time. • Sales policy

1. Income commitment policy under the rental program:

• Rent - Income commitment:
• In the first 3 (three) years, 8% of the product selling price before VAT shall be applied

• In the next 03 (three) years, 9% of the product selling price before VAT shall be applied

• From the 7^th (seventh) year to the 30^th year, 10% of the product selling price before VAT shall be applied
• The Rent - Income guarantee period is 20 years from the date the Customer (i) signed the sales and operation management contract (ii) fully paid 98% of the product value (iii) received the handover
• The remaining 2% of the product value is paid by the customer after 12 months from the date of handover.
• Customers are responsible for paying personal income taxes according to the state regulations on income sources at this commitment.
• Payment period: The first period is after every 06 (six) months from the date of eligibility. Subsequent periods are applied according to every 6 months within 30 days from the date of the previous payment.

2. What are other benefits of customers?

• 10 free nights/year, including breakfast for 2 people/unit
• 01 Membership VIP card/unit used to use “the health care services” with the card value equal to the listed room price multiplied by 70% and multiplied by 5. This card cannot be exchanged for cash when not using the service.
• Customers who use any other services at the Furama resort receive a 15% discount.
